A Process To Guarantee Success
We measure twice and plant once. For many years, we have developed and refined a process that sets each project up for success.
Step 1
Initial Consultation
Meet with client to review site, needs, ideas and budget. Discuss project timeline, goals, and design service needed. Review owner inspiration photos and personal style.
Step 2
Site Analysis
Measure site dimensions and create a base map of the property including existing structures, site elevations, features, and demolition notes. Note important views and unique property features.
Step 3
Design Development
Design team collaborates and develops conceptual landscape plan. Sketches, 3D rendering, planting plans, detail sheets are created. Project estimates are developed based on the design.
Step 4
Client Presentation
Designer presents client with design package. Design Discussion. Plan revisions. Material selection is finalized for plants, hardscapes and all other project items. Start dates determined, finalized construction plans and contracts are reviewed and signed.
Step 5
Project Construction
Client and foreman have preconstruction meeting to discuss site specific needs and scope of work. Foreman provides project supervision an project management until completion of project. Construction contract is fulfilled upon final walk through and completion of any punch list items.
